If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns, refund and exchange policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

Return Policy

Timeframe: Items can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns:

      • Items Delivered are physically damaged or defective.
      • Items received are different than what was ordered in terms of Color, Size, Style & Quantity.

Criteria:

      • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
      • Items with signs of wear, alterations, or damage will not be accepted.
      • Non-Returnable Items: Customized / Personalized items are not eligible for returns.

Return/Refund Process:

Initiate Return:

      • To initiate a return kindly reach out to our customer service via WhatsApp click here.
      • Provide with your order details along with the reason to initiate a return.
      • In-case of damaged product kindly provide with a photo/video for the damaged product.

Receive Return Authorization

      • Our Support team will validate the return request based on the criteria mentioned in the return policy.
      • Once your return request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pick up via courier partners.
      • In case reverse pickup facility is not available at your location as it is available at limited pin-codes you will need to self-ship the products as per the shipping details provided by the customer care.

Replacement / Refund Processing

      • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your replacement / refund within 5-7 business days.
      • Replacement will be re-shipped to the same address provided in the original order.
      • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for Pre-Paid Orders. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement.
      • Refunds in case of Cash on Delivery refund will be initiated on the Bank Account Details provided at the time of raising return request.

Additional Information

      • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately on WhatsApp [HERE]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
      • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns in case the product has been worn, washed, or soiled
      • Refunds/Exchanges are applicable only on regular priced products.
      • Courier Handling charges for Cash on Delivery are non-refundable.
      • Return Shipping Costs:
          • For domestic orders, return shipping is free for regular products.
          • For domestic orders, 100 /- will be charged for sale products.
